The staff at the hotel were really good! Every single member was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to tube stations and popular tourist attractions. the rooms werenice and neat, and the buffet breakfast offered a good variety of food options.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city, as it was super close to the tube station and within walking distance of major bus stops. This made it incredibly convenient to get to all the attractions easily. The room itself was clean and quiet, providing a peaceful retreat after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. the amenities in the room, such as the iron, hair dryer, and coffee machine, were all useful and convenient.

The decor in the hall on the third floor was a bit off-putting, with a focus on younger people that made older guests feel less welcome.

We had an amazing stay here. It was convenient to get to and from almost all the sights by using the metro station that was nearby. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a cozy sitting area. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating; they even had pet amenities available for our furry friend. We loved the free welcome drink, and the room service was top-notch.

The staff at Canopy were accommodating and attentive. When I arrived, they immediately upgraded my room as a special surprise for my birthday. They even were pretty good and prepared a delicious cake and prosecco in the room, along with a sweet note. The room itself was excellent, clean, and very comfortable, providing everything I needed for a perfect stay. The hotel's location was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby attractions and the tube. The breakfast selection was excellent, with plenty of fresh options to choose from. I also appreciated the convenience of having an ice machine and water fountain on my floor. I had an amazing experience at Canopy and can't wait to return. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting London.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with a bus and train station just 2 minutes away. It was also conveniently close to Aldgate underground station, making it easy for us to explore the city. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the room was spacious and beautifully decorated. The comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel facilities were great, with a delicious breakfast offering a lot of choice. The staff were really nice too make our stay enjoyable, from the friendly reception to the helpful housekeeping and restaurant staff.
